Newly constructed St John's Baala Vihaara was inaugurated with pomp & solemnity on 15th march 2014 at 9.15.am.
Mr. Vinay Ballal, the President of Katapadi grama Panchayath was the Inaugurator. All the sponsors, parents and the children of st john's educational institutions participated the programme. In the beginning Mr. Mark Vaz the Vice President of St John's church Parish council welcomed the gathering. Parish Priest & The correspondent of St John's educational Institutions Rev Dr Leslie C. D'Souza Honored the Sponsors & Delivered the Message, in his Speech Mr Vinay Ballal Appreciated the discipline of the institutions also appreciated the correspondent for his restless work & Gaudiness to the institutions, Mr. K R Patkar, President of Parent Teachers Association, Rev fr. Vincent Coelho, Pricipal St John's P U College, Mrs. Clara Mendonca, Headmistress St John's High School, mrs Ida Carnelio, Pricnipal St. John Academy, Mrs Ezmy lobo, Headmistress St john's Hr. After the programme all were served with sweets & soft drink. Small children were allowed to play in the park. Everything looked beautiful.
